A first of it’s kind in Central Otago, these units were designed by DCD in-house to evoke the experience of living and working in a high performance New York loft, complete with workshops and garaging.
These units feature hydronic heating, heat pump hot water, European triple glazed joinery and natural timber, steel and concrete finishes. Start date in late Spring 2024.
